摘要
以刺槐的槐花和不同发育时期的槐米为材料,对它们的营养成分和芦丁含量进行比较分析,测定其可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、维生素C以及芦丁的含量。试验表明:1)刺槐的槐花中可溶性糖及维生素C的含量高于不同发育时期的槐米,食用价值更高。2)不同发育时期槐米中芦丁的含量远高于槐花。槐花的营养价值更高,可加工食品。槐米药用价值更高,可用于制药。
Flos sophorae and Flos sophorae immaturus at different development stages were used as materials to compare and analyze their nutritional components and rutin content,and to determine the content of soluble protein,soluble sugar,vitamin C and rutin.The results showed that:1)the content of soluble sugar and vitamin C in Flos sophorae was higher than that in Flos sophorae immaturus at different developmental stages,so the edible value of Flos sophorae was higher.2)The content of rutin in Flos sophorae immaturus at different developmental stages was much higher than that in Flos sophorae.Flos sophorae had higher nutritional value and could be processed into food.Flos sophorae immaturus had higher medicinal value and can be used in pharmacy.
