摘要
采用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法对普通高校军训“自训式”模式进行分析。湖南人文科技学院军训从选拔到训练、再到考核与总结,形成了比较完整的训练体系,取得了一些成绩。最后,结合自训教官的经验,围绕教官自训存在的不足和学生教官管理等问题进行归纳、总结,提出一些相应的发展建议,以期更好地促进高校军训活动的开展与实施效果。
This paper analyzes the military training pattern"self-training"in colleges and universities by means of literature,interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods.From the selection to training,and then to the assessment and summary,the military training in Hunan College of Humanities and Science formed a relatively complete training system,has made some achievements.Finally,combined with the experience of self-training instructors,this paper summarizes the shortcomings of self-training instructors and the management of student instructors,and puts forward some corresponding development suggestions in order to better promote the development and implementation effect of military training activities in colleges and universities.
