摘要
现代信息技术广泛应用于高等教育的各个领域,数字校园以计算机技术、网络技术、多媒体技术等为基础建立,运用先进的信息化手段和工具,结合实际参考国外大学生健康管理观,并从饮食、睡眠、运动、情绪四个方面设计调查问卷,调查过程中,共收集有效问卷215份,对大学生健康状况有了初步了解。通过记录大学生身体健康数据,满足个性化需求,采取针对性策略,提供定期提醒、远程监督、健康比对等手段协助构建大学生健康服务体系,从而更好促进大学生健康发展。
With the wide application of modern information technology(IT)in all fields of higher education,the digital campus is established based on the computer technology,network technology and multi-media technology,etc.It uses the advanced information means and tools to refer to the health management views of foreign college students according to the real situation and design the questionnaire from the diet,sleep,exercise and emotion.A total of 215 valid questionnaires are collected in the process of investigation,having a preliminary understanding to the college students'health conditions.It assists to establish the college students'healthcare system through recording their physical health data,satisfying their personalized demands,taking targeted strategies and providing the regular reminder,remote control supervision and health comparison,etc.,thus better promoting the healthy development of college students.
