摘要
目的:探讨温针灸联合温经汤治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效,为本病治疗提供客观依据。方法:将80例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组给予温经汤治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合温针灸治疗,两组均连续治疗3个月经周期后评估疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组治疗后视觉疼痛模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、痛经症状评分均较治疗前有所改善,但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医证候积分均较治疗前有所改善,但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清前列腺素2α(PGF2α)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后复发率显著低于对照组,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸联合温经汤治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状,且复发率低,值得临床借鉴。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture plus the Wenjing decoction(温经汤)on primary dysmenorrhea of the Hanning Xueyu type(寒凝血瘀型),and provide an objective basis for the treatment of this disease.Methods:80 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of the Hanning Xueyu type were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the Wenjing decoction.The treatment group was treated by warm acupuncture more.The efficacy was evaluated after 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was better than the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P﹤0.05).The visual pain simulation score(VAS)and the dysmenorrhea symptom scores were improved,and theose in the treatment group was superior to the control group(P﹤0.05).The TCM syndrome scores in two groups were improved after treatment,and those in the treatment group were better than the control group(P﹤0.05).The serum levels of PGF2αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P﹤0.05),and the levels of PGE2 were higher than the control group(P﹤0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture plus the Wenjing decoction is effective on primary dysmenorrhea of the Hanning Xueyu type,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and has a low recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical reference.
