摘要
胰腺癌是癌中之王,发病率、病死率仍在持续上升,是威胁人类健康的重大公共卫生问题之一,其防治研究越来越受关注。本文通过检索PUBMED、知网、CBM等数据库,对胰腺癌危险因素研究结果进行了综述,发现胰腺癌的危险因素复杂多样,主要是个体特征、行为及饮食因素,基因及免疫因素、相关疾病及微生物因素等,但大多仍在探索阶段,需要进一步验证。
Pancreatic cancer is the king of cancer,the incidence and mortality are still rising,which is one of the biggest public health problems threatening human health. More and more attention has been paid to the prevention and treatment of pancreatic cancer. This paper reviews the research results of pancreatic cancer risk factors by searching databases such as Pub Med,CNKI and CBM. It is found that the risk factors of pancreatic cancer are complex and diverse,mainly including individual characteristics,behavior and diet factors,gene and immune factors,related diseases and microbial factors,but most of them are still in the exploration stage and need further verification.
