摘要
目的:分析整体护理服务模式在小儿腹泻中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年6月笔者所在医院收治的82例小儿腹泻患儿为试验对象,均实施常规治疗,采用抽签法分为试验组与对照组,每组41例,分别实施整体护理干预及常规护理,对两组护理效果进行比较。结果:试验组总有效率为95.1%,高于对照组的80.5%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=4.100,P=0.043);试验组止吐时间、止泻时间、退热时间、脱水消失时间、住院时间均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为7.3%,低于对照组的24.4%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=4.479,P=0.034);试验组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.663,P=0.000);试验组护理满意度为95.1%,高于对照组的80.5%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=4.100,P=0.043)。结论:对小儿腹泻患儿实施整体护理干预可取得显著的护理效果,能加速病情恢复,有利于营造良好的护患关系,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of holistic nursing service model in children with infantile diarrhea.Method:A total of 82 children with infantile diarrhea in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the experimental objects.The children were treated with routine therapy,and divided into the experimental group and the control group by lottery,41 cases in each group,and holistic nursing intervention and routine nursing were implemented respectively.And the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the experimental group was 95.1%,which was higher than 80.5% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (X^2=4.100,P=0.043).The time of antiemetic,antidiarrheal,antipyretic,dehydration disappeared and hospitalization in the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 7.3%,which was lower than 24.4% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (X^2=4.479,P=0.034).And the quality of life score in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (t=14.663,P=0.000).And the satisfaction of nursing in the experimental group was 95.1%,which was higher than 80.5% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (X^2=4.100,P=0.043).Conclusion:The holistic nursing intervention for children with infantile diarrhea can achieve significant nursing effect,accelerate the recovery of the disease,and help to build a good nurse-patient relationship,which is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
