摘要
浙江省水利工程标准化管理创建5 a实施计划已基本完成,有效做好工程创标后日常运行管理行为的监督工作显得尤为重要。介绍水利工程标准化管理监督与服务平台的构建及涵盖红绿灯监管、运行监管、创建验收、日常事务等功能,解决传统监督模式覆盖面窄、工作量大、效率低等问题,实现工程运行在线监督、事务在线管理、办公在线协同。
The 5-Year Implementation Plan for the Standardized Management of Water Conservancy Projects has basically been completed in Zhejiang Province.It is significant to effectively supervise the daily operation.This paper introduces the establishment of the supervision and service platform,and functions such as red/green light supervision,operation supervision,check and accpetance,daily operation and so on.Compared with narrow coverage,heavy workload and low efficiency of traditional supervision modes,the platform is able to realize the online supervision of project operation,online management of affairs and online collaborative office automation.
