摘要
新高坡隧道渐变段衬砌施工均采用钢拱架及钢模板组合结构,已施作的衬砌满足净空要求,衬砌混凝土未发现渗水现象,外观质量符合设计及相关标准规范要求。渐变洞室衬砌整体施工工法通过采用钢拱架加标准散模板拼装施工的方法,避免了由于多个渐变形式而需要制作多台整体式台车造成的成本增加。同时,衬砌整体施工避免了因衬砌分块施工而造成多条施工缝的问题,降低了因此而造成的衬砌渗漏水风险,避免了不必要的返工、返修费用的发生,经济效益显著。
New height tunnel lining gradient section lining construction using steel arch and steel template combination structure has been applied lining to meet the requirements of net space,lining concrete hasn’t find water seepage phenomenon,appearance quality in line with the design and related standard specifications,the gradient hole chamber lining overall construction method through the use of steel arch plus standard scatter template assembly construction method,to avoid the need to create multiple overall platform car due to multiple forms of gradient and the need to create multiple overall platform car cost increase. At the same time,the overall construction of lining avoids the problem of multiple construction seams caused by the construction of lining blocks,reduces the risk of lining leakage,avoids unnecessary rework,rework costs,and has significant economic benefits.
