摘要
在已经投运的发电机组上进行真机推力轴承瓦测试试验难度很大,尤其是在大型水电机组上进行推力瓦的压力和油膜厚度分布测试。采用直接替换法进行推力瓦测试,需要将测试用推力瓦替换推力油槽内正在使用的真机瓦,并将测试信号线引出到推力油槽外,然后通过推力轴承测试系统,将正在运行的试验瓦数据采集、处理。本文主要介绍在溪洛渡电站770WM巨型水电机组上进行真机推力轴承试验的安装调试过程,以及现场遇到的具体问题和解决方案。
It is difficult to test the thrust bearing pad which is in the hydro-generator and has been put into operation,especially the test pressure and oil film thickness distribution of thrust bearing in large hydroelectric unit.For thrust pad test by direct replacement method,it is need to replacement prototype which is in the thrust oil tank with the test-thrust pad,and the test signal line leads to outside of thrust oil tank,then through the thrust bearing test system,the test data of running pad can be acquisitioned,collected and processed.This paper mainly introduces the installation and debugging process of prototype test at Xiluodu Hydropower Plant 770 WM Hydro-generator,and the specific problems encountered and solutions on site.
