摘要
目的探究血清β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)在多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2012年1月~2018年9月我院收治的多发性骨髓瘤患者33例及同期健康体检者30例作为研究对象,分别作为病例组(n=33)及健康对照组(n=30),检测全部受检者的β2-MG、CRP、LDH,比较两组研究对象的β2-MG、CRP、LDH,并且骨髓瘤细胞比例与此三个指标的相关性。结果病例组β2-MG、CRP、LDH阳性率分别为都显著高于健康对照组阳性率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病例组患者及各个分期患者β2-MG、CRP、LDH均显著高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。骨髓瘤细胞比例与β2-MG(r=0.698,P<0.01)、CRP(r=0.360,P<0.05)、LDH(r=0.324,P<0.05)指标间均具有相关性;Durie-Salmon分期与CRP间无相关性,与β2-MG(r=0.326,P<0.01)、LDH(r=0.514,P<0.05)指标间均具有相关性。结论多发性骨髓瘤患者β2-MG、CRP、LDH三个指标阳性率都较高,可作为本病诊断、分期的重要依据。
Objective To investigate the application value of serum β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),C-reactive protein(CRP)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in the diagnosis of multiple myeloma(MM)patients.Methods 33 patients with multiple myeloma admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to September 2018,and 30 healthy people during the same period were selected as case group(n=33)and healthy control group(n=30),respectively.Theβ2-MG,CRP and LDH of all subjects in the two groups were detected and compared,and the correlation between the proportion of myeloma cells and these three indicators was analyzed.Results The positive rates of β2-MG,CRP and LDH in the case group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The β2-MG,CRP,and LDH of patients in the case group and patients in each stage were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of myeloma cells was correlated withβ2-MG(r=0.698,P<0.01),CRP(r=0.360,P<0.05)and LDH(r=0.324,P<0.05).Durie-Salmon stage was not related to CRP,but was correlated with β2-M G(r=0.326,P<0.01)and LDH(r=0.514,P<0.05).Conclusion The high positive rates ofβ2-MG,CRP and LDH in patients with multiple myeloma can be used as an important basis for the diagnosis and staging of this disease.
