摘要
国内外解决资源枯竭型城市转型问题的主导模式不尽相同,机制策略也各有侧重,本文通过市场发展水平、资源战略地位以及城市具体市情等角度,对转型升级的模式等进行分析,梳理成功的经验,以供马鞍山市转型参考。
The dominant mode of resolving the transformation of resource-exhausted cities at home and abroad is not the same,and the mechanism strategy has its own emphasis.Through the analysis of market development level,resource strategic position and city specific market conditions,the transformation and upgrading mode is analyzed,and the successful experience is sorted out for the reference of Ma'anshan city transformation.
