摘要
为构建科学的食品质量与安全专业创新创业实验实践教学体系,分别从实验室资源整合、创新创业实验平台建立、平台管理及实验教学研究等方面进行探讨。引入现代网络技术,融合多种方式辅助实验实践教学,并以教师的科学研究项目带动实验实践教学改革,以适应全面提高食品质量安全专业实验室的实验实践教学水平及培养创新人才的需要。
In order to build the scientific experimental practice teaching system for innovation and entrepreneurship of food quality and safety specialty,the integration of laboratory resources,establishment of experimental platform for innovation and entrepreneurship,management of platform and experimental teaching and research were discussed.The modern technology was introduced assisting the experiment teaching,with integration of a variety of ways and reforming experiment teaching with scientific research project of teachers,in accordance with the need of improving the experiment teaching level of food quality and safety laboratory in agricultural universities and cultivating innovative talents.
