摘要
果蔬种植温室温度是一个非线性、强耦合、大滞后、时变复杂系统,为了提高果蔬温室温度控制精度,设计一种基于模糊免疫PID的果蔬温室温度控制方法。利用温度积温法对温度阈值进行计算,使其能够适应外界环境动态变化。在传统PID控制算法中引入模糊控制,通过模糊免疫控制对PID参数进行在线自适应调整,提高系统的稳定性和系统响应时间。对该控制方法进行仿真,仿真结果表明,该控制方法超调量小、稳定周期短,可大幅提高果蔬室温温度控制精度,从而提高果蔬种植质量。
Greenhouse temperature of fruit and vegetable planting was a nonlinear,strong coupling,large lag and time-varying complex system.In order to improve the temperature control accuracy of fruit and vegetable greenhouse,a temperature control method of fruit and vegetable greenhouse based on fuzzy immune PID was designed.The temperature threshold was calculated by using the accumulated temperature method,so that it can adapt to the dynamic changes of the external environment.Fuzzy control was introduced into traditional PID control algorithm,and the parameters of PID were adjusted on-line adaptively by fuzzy immune control,which improved the stability of the system and the response time of the system.The control method was simulated.The simulation results showed that the control method had small overshoot and short stabilization period,and could greatly improve the accuracy of temperature control at room temperature,thereby improving the quality of fruit and vegetable planting.
