床旁超声引导下静脉留置针穿刺在急诊病房的应用效果评价 被引量：8

摘要 通过对120例前臂外周静脉穿刺困难患者进行分组研究发现,床旁超声引导下静脉留置针穿刺在急诊病房前臂外周静脉穿刺困难患者穿刺置管过程中可以明显提高首次穿刺成功率,减少24 h并发症发生率,减少反复穿刺给患者带来的痛苦以及护理工作量。现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料纳入标准:急诊病房患者;>18周岁;需建立静脉血管通路;使用止血带60 s内以观察或触诊的方式无法定位静脉,由2名高年资N3护士共同评估确认。排除标准:穿刺部位皮肤感染、双上肢创伤(多处皮肤裂伤/大范围皮肤破损、双前臂骨折)、外周血管疾病、已发生静脉炎。
