环加氧酶-2碱性成纤维细胞生长因子及E2F1基因在急性髓性白血病中的表达及其与预后的关系 被引量：1

摘要 急性髓性白血病是一种髓系造血干/祖细胞的恶性疾病,以骨髓与外周血中原始和幼稚髓性细胞异常增生为主要特征,临床表现为贫血、出血、感染和发热、脏器浸润、代谢异常等[1]。环加氧酶-2(COX-2)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、E2F1基因与白血病的发生发展及预后密切相关[2,3]。本研究旨在分析COX-2、bFGF及E2F1基因在急性髓性白血病中的表达及其与患者预后的关系。
