摘要 介绍了SDA(喷雾干燥脱硫除尘装置)联合臭氧脱硝工艺在垃圾焚烧炉的应用。即在原有SDA脱硫除尘装置后端,再增加一套臭氧反应装置和湿法多功能洗涤塔,在湿法洗涤塔内配置多孔塔盘、雾化喷淋、管束除尘器和烟气脱白装置等,使其净烟气排放达到超低指标同时,臭氧脱硝工艺具有多污染协同脱除功能,特别是在将来垃圾焚烧炉排放指标提标后,具有十分明显的技术优势。 With the rapid development of waste incineration power generation projects in China,there are more and more waste incinerator flue gas treatment technologies,which are more and more advanced.This paper introduces the application of SDA(spray drying desulfurization and dust removal device)combined with ozone denitration technology in waste incinerator.That is to say,at the back end of the original SDA desulfurization and dedusting device,an ozone reaction device and a wet multi-functional scrubber are added,and porous tray,atomizing spray,tube bundle dust remover and flue gas whitening device are arranged in the wet scrubber,so that the net flue gas emission reaches the ultra-low index.At the same time,the ozone denitration process has the function of multi pollution collaborative removal,especially after the emission index of MSW incinerator is raised in the future,it has obvious technical advantages.
