摘要
从介绍孤雌生殖、化学试剂诱导玉米孤雌生殖定义入手,对诱导剂、诱导方法、诱导玉米孤雌生殖的机理、植株的结实特性、孤雌生殖系的鉴定、影响因素等进行综述,对存在的问题及解决途径进行展望,希望能为玉米育种工作者进行化学试剂诱导玉米孤雌生殖研究提供参考。
The concept of parthenogenesis and chemical-induced maize parthenogenesis were introduced in this paper,induced chemical,treatment methods,induction maize parthenogenesis mechanism,the seed rate trait of the plants,identification of parthenogenesis line and the affect factors were reviewed,the problems existed and solutions were forecasted,we hope that provide a reference for maize breeding workers studying chemical-induced maize parthenogenesis.
