根际促生菌对裸燕麦光合特性及生长的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Rhizosphere-promoting Bacteria on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Growth of Naked Oats

摘要 本研究将具有固氮、解磷能力的10种细菌制成混合菌剂,以裸燕麦为供试作物,进行室内盆栽试验,研究根际促生菌对裸燕麦光合生理的影响。结果表明,添加混合菌剂与对照相比,裸燕麦抽穗期净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、叶片胞间CO2浓度(Ci)分别增加了36.92%,14.77%,4.83%,13.72%,灌浆期分别增加了50.30%,24.76%,9.16%,22.62%;混合菌剂化肥减半与对照相比,抽穗期净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、叶片胞间CO2浓度(Ci)分别增加了69.39%,23.84%,13.04%,30.27%,灌浆期分别增加了76.79%,28.57%,22.44%,39.97%。这些结果说明混合菌剂与化肥配施效果最好,联合施用根际促生菌能够避免滥用化肥引起的土壤环境污染问题。 In this study,10 kinds of bacteria with the ability of fixing nitrogen and dissolving phosphorus were made into mixed bacteria.Meanwhile,naked oats were used as experimental crops to study the effects of rhizosphere growth-promoting bacteria on photosynthetic physiology of naked oats.The results showed that compared with the control,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr)and leaf intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)of the naked oat at the heading stage increased by 36.92%,14.77%,4.83% and 13.72%,respectively,and these at the filling stage increased by 50.30%,24.76%,9.16% and 22.62%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr)and leaf intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)increased by 69.39%,23.84%,13.04% and 30.27% respectively at the heading stage,while 76.79%,28.57%,22.44% and 39.97% at the filling stage,respectively when the mixed bacterial fertilizer was halved.These results indicated that the effect of combined application of mixed bacteria and chemical fertilizer was the best,and the combined application of rhizosphere growth-promoting bacteria can avoid the soil environmental pollution caused by the abuse of chemical fertilizer.
