摘要
在高等教育国际化评价的推进中有必要对其价值进行反思——高等教育国际化评价为了谁?成就了谁?高等教育国际化的内涵、动因等潜在性地影响着高等教育国际化评价的价值取向和价值基础,而高等教育国际化评价的标准和过程是持不同高等教育价值观、维护不同利益的价值主体价值博弈的过程。这种博弈的结果是高等教育国际化评价的主要价值主体通过高等教育国际化评价方案之手将主观价值“合法化”后加以推行。高等教育国际化评价应削弱其经济价值取向,以进一步促进高校师生的自主发展为主旨。
In the process of internationalization of higher education,it is necessary to reflect on the value of internationalization of higher education:for whom or who made it.The connotation and motivation of higher education internationalization stipulate the value orientation and value basis of evaluation.The evaluation criterion and process of higher education internationalization are the process of value game between value subjects with different higher education values and maintaining different interests.The result of this game is that the subjective value of internationalization evaluation in higher education can be legalized.The evaluation of higher education internationalization should weaken its economic value orientation and further promote the independent development of teachers and students in colleges and universities.
