摘要
在工业互联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能技术语境下,用户体验设计遇到思维方式与设计方法的双重挑战与机遇。为探究工业互联网用户体验设计路径,本文采用类比研究方法,总结社会创新设计对于用户体验设计的影响,分析社会创新设计在工业互联网领域的适用性。围绕社会创新设计的4个核心问题,包含创建设计视角、塑造服务模式、规划设计架构、优化设计流程,结合设计案例分析,推演运用社会创新思维,进行工业互联网用户体验设计的思维与方法。
In the context of industrial internet, big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence technology, user experience design encounters the double challenges and opportunities of thinking mode and design method. To explore the routes of user experience for industrial internet, this paper adopted the analogy research method to summarize the influence of social innovation design on user experience design, analyzed the applicability of social innovation design in the field of industrial internet. Centering on the four core issues of social innovative design including creating design perspective, shaping service mode, planning design structure and optimizing the design process, this paper deduced the thinking and methods of user experience design for industrial internet using social innovative design by combining with design cases analysis.
