摘要
为使钢纤维混凝土在工程结构中得到有效的应用,对不同体积掺量的钢纤维混凝土的立方体抗压强度、劈裂强度、轴心受压应力-应变关系曲线及弹性模量等进行了试验研究,分析了钢纤维掺量对钢纤维混凝土立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度及弹性模量的影响。研究结果表明:当钢纤维体积掺量为1.5%时,28 d混凝土立方体抗压强度增加23.8%,劈裂抗拉强度提高78.7%;对混凝土轴心受压强度和弹性模量有一定程度的增加,但增幅较小;不同掺量的钢纤维混凝土试件泊松比在0.17~0.20之间变化。
In order to use steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC)effectively in engineering structures,the experiments studied on the cubic compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,axial compressive stress-strain curve and elastic modulus of steel fiber reinforced concrete with different volume content of steel fiber.The influence of different steel fiber volume content on the cubic compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and elastic modulus of steel fiber reinforced concrete was analyzed.The experimental results showed that the fiber volume content was 1.5%,the cubic compressive strength increased by 23.8%,while the splitting tensile strength with 78.7%improvement.The change of steel fiber content had a little effect on axial compressive strength,and also had a little effect on the elastic modulus of concrete,meanwhile,the Poisson′s ratio of steel fiber reinforced concrete with different steel fiber volume content is between 0.17~0.20.
