摘要
通过玄武岩纤维混凝土单面冻融试验,分析了不同冻融次数、冻融介质(水、盐、飞机除冰液)和纤维掺量下混凝土的质量损失、动弹性模量及抗压强度,研究了玄武岩纤维混凝土的单面抗冻性及其损伤规律。试验结果表明:随着冻融次数的增加,3种冻融介质下玄武岩纤维混凝土的相对动弹性模量、抗压强度均减小,而质量损失出现相反情况。3种冻融介质对混凝土的损伤程度最严重为盐溶液,其次分别为水溶液、飞机除冰液。对于水冻与盐冻,混凝土掺入玄武岩纤维能够提升其抗冻性。通过拟合发现,二次多项式模型的拟合精度高于指数型模型,说明二次多项式模型更能准确表征单面冻融下玄武岩纤维混凝土的损伤程度。
Through the one-sided freeze-thaw test of basalt fiber reinforced concrete,the mass loss,dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength of concrete under different freeze-thaw times,freeze-thaw mediums(water,salt,aircraft deicing liquid)and fiber contents were analyzed.The one-sided frost resistance and damage law of basalt fiber reinforced concrete were studied.The experimental results show that with the increase of freeze-thaw times,the relative dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength of basalt fiber reinforced concrete decrease,and the mass loss of basalt fiber reinforced concrete increases.The freeze-thaw media causing most serious damage degree to concrete is salt solution,followed by aqueous solution and aircraft deicing liquid.In water and salt solution,mixing concrete with basalt fiber can improve its frost resistance.In addition,it is found that the fitting accuracy of quadratic polynomial model is higher than that of exponential model,indicating that quadratic polynomial model can better represent the damage degree of basalt fiber reinforced concrete under one-sided freezing and thawing.
