摘要
目的 建立HPLC法同时测定华佗救心丸(蟾酥、人工牛黄、冰片等)中华蟾酥毒基、酯蟾毒配基、日蟾毒它灵、蟾毒灵、沙蟾毒精、蟾毒它灵、远华蟾毒精、华蟾毒它灵的含有量.方法 该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Thermo Scientific C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-水,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.6 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长296 nm.结果 8种蟾蜍二烯内酯在各自范围线性关系良好(r≥0.999 5),平均加样回收率95.07% ~ 102.59%,RSD 1.42%~2.81%.结论 该方法快速、简便、稳定,可用于华佗救心丸的质量控制.
AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of cinobufotalin,resibufogenin,gamabufotalin,bufalin,arenobufagin,bufotalin,telocinobufagin and cinobufotalin in Huatuo Jiuxin Pills(Bufonis Venenum,Bovis Calculus Artifactus,Borneolum Syntheticum,etc.).METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Thermo Scientific C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile water flowing at 0.6 mL/min in a gradient manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 296 nm.RESULTS Eight bufadienolides showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9995),whose average recoveries were 95.07%-102.59%with the RSDs of 1.42%-2.81%.CONCLUSION This rapid,simple and stable method can be used for the quality control of Huatuo Jiuxin Pills.
