摘要
近年来,政府开始全面推进老旧小区改造工作,但"改什么""怎么改"仍有待研究。文章从居民满意度视角出发,选取杭州市广安苑老旧小区改造项目,分析其改造过程和成果,并运用因子分析法对各改造内容进行重要度排序,提出相应的改造建议。
In recent years, government began to comprehensively promote renovation of old communities, but "what to renovate" and "how to renovate" are still to be studied. From the perspective of residents’ satisfaction, this paper selects the old community renovation project of Guang’anyuan in Hangzhou, analyzes its renovation process and achievements, then sorts the important degree of each renovation content by factor analysis for putting forward corresponding transformation suggestions.
