摘要
目的研究新生儿护理中的鸟巢式护理应用效果。方法选取本院2017年1月至2018年1月接生的86例新生儿为研究案例,根据新生儿出生日期单双数划分小组,单数为对照组,双数为观察组。对照组43例,采用常规护理,观察组43例,采用鸟巢式护理。对两组新生儿并发症情况、发育情况、体温波动、血氧饱和度及睡眠时间等进行观察对比。结果对照组总并发症发生率明显超过观察组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组新生儿体质量、头围及身高增长幅度明显低于观察组,则对照组新生儿发育效果明显不如观察组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组新生儿平均体温波动幅度明显超过观察组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿平均血氧饱和度与睡眠时间明显大于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿护理中,鸟巢式护理能够促进新生儿发育,维持生命体征,降低并发症概率,具有临床应用研究价值。
Objective To study the effect of bird nest nursing in neonatal nursing.Methods 86 newborns delivered in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as study cases.According to the birth date of newborns,they were divided into groups with odd number as control group and even number as observation group.The control group(43 cases)was treated with routine nursing and the observation group(43 cases)with bird nest nursing.The complications,development,body temperature fluctuation,blood oxygen saturation and sleep time of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The incidence of total complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The growth range of body weight,head circumference and height of newborns in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group,then the effect of neonatal development in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean temperature fluctuation range of the newborns in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the mean oxygen saturation and sleep time of the newborns in the observation group were significantly larger than those in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In neonatal nursing care,bird nest nursing can promote the development of newborn,maintain vital signs,reduce the probability of complications,and has clinical application value.
