摘要
目的研究针对社区获得性肺炎患者在临床治疗中选择阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星配合治疗的具体临床治疗效果价值。方法随机抽取2017年12月15日至2018年12月15日在我院呼吸系统科确诊患有社区获得性肺炎的100例患者作为此次研究对象。在患者自愿的前提下,通过不规则表数字法随机选择50例患者为A组,另外50例患者为B组。A组患者安排应用单一的左氧氟沙星进行治疗,B组患者在A组患者的基础之上另外联合阿奇霉素进行配合治疗。对比AB两组患者治疗后的临床治疗有效率。结果A组患者治疗后,临床治疗有效人数一共有41例,无效人数一共有9例,临床治疗有效率为82%,B组患者治疗后,临床治疗有效人数一共有48例,无效人数一共有2例,临床治疗有效率为95%,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论针对社区获得性肺炎患者在临床治疗中选择阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星配合治疗具有良好的临床治疗价值,能够有效改善患者的临床疾病状况,对患者的康复具有重要临床治疗意义,值得大力推广实施应用。
Objective To study the patients with community-acquired pneumonia in clinical treatment,select the azithromycin combined levofloxacin together with specific clinical treatment effect of value.Methods Randomly on December 15,2017 to December 15,2018 in our hospital respiratory department confirmed,100 patients with community-acquired pneumonia as the research object.In under the premise of voluntary patients,by irregular table Numbers randomly select 50 patients of group A,while 50 patients for group B.A group of patients arrange levofloxacin in treatment of single,B group of patients in group A patients on the basis of the other joint azithromycin treatment to cooperate.Contrast AB in the two groups after treatment in patients with clinical treatment efficiency.Results In group A patients after treatment,the clinical effective number of A total of 41,invalid number has A total of nine,the clinical effective rate was 82%,B group of patients after treatment,clinical effective number of A total of 48,invalid number has A total of 2,the clinical effective rate was 95%,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion For patients with communityacquired pneumonia in clinical treatment,select the azithromycin combined levofloxacin together with has good clinical value,can effectively improve the condition of the patient’s clinical disease,rehabilitation of the patients with clinical significance,is worth promoting implementation of the application.
