摘要
目的探析通络熄风方加减辨治老年糖尿病合并急性脑卒中的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月至2018年2月本科室收治的84例老年糖尿病合并急性脑卒中患者进行对比研究。结果治疗后,对比两组的治疗有效率,对照组为81%,观察组为97.6%,观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);血清样本指标对比,观察组的凝血酶原时间指标高于对照组,空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体等指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);血管内皮功能指标对比,观察组的内皮素-1、血栓素B2指标要低于对照组,一氧化氮指标则高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通络熄风方加减辩治老年糖尿病合并急性脑卒中,可以有效改善患者血液中的血清样本指标和血管内皮功能指标,从而提升患者的治疗有效率,临床治疗效果明显,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tongluo Xifeng Decoction in the treatment of senile diabetes mellitus complicated with acute stroke.Methods 84 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with acute stroke were selected from February 2016 to February 2018.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the control group was 81%,and that of the observation group was 97.6%.The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the serum samples,the prothrombin time index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the fasting blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin,fibrinogen and D-dimer were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the indexes of endothelin-1 and thromboxane B2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the indexes of nitric oxide in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongluo Xifeng Decoction can effectively improve the serum sample index and vascular endothelial function index of patients with senile diabetes mellitus complicated with acute stroke,so as to improve the treatment efficiency of patients,and the clinical effect is obvious.It is worthy of popularization and application.
