摘要
目的探究在新生儿窒息中血乳酸水平与血气分析所展现出来的临床应用价值。方法选取180例在我院出生的新生儿,2018年8月至2019年11月,根据新生儿的窒息情况进行分组,共分成3组。A组有60例新生儿,为轻度窒息患儿。B组有40例新生儿,为重度窒息患儿。C组有80例新生儿,为健康新生儿。在新生儿窒息中,单器官损伤有55例,多器官损伤有45例。结果pH值、BE值A组、B组明显低于C组,pH值、BE值B组明显低于A组,乳酸水平A组、B组明显高于C组,三组指标比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。pH值、1 min Apgar评分、BE值单器官损伤组明显高于多器官损伤组,血液乳酸水平单器官损伤组明显低于多器官损伤组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论为了能够充分的了解到窒息新生儿的情况,需要做好血乳酸水平与血气分析工作,对新生儿的窒息程度进行动态监测,为疾病预防及治疗工作的高效实施及开展提供依据,应在新生儿窒息检查中大力推广使用血乳酸水平与血气检测方法。
Objective To explore the clinical value of blood lactic acid level and blood gas analysis in neonatal asphyxia.Methods Select 180 newborns born in our hospital,August 2018-November 2019,according to the asphyxia of newborns,a total of three groups.There were 60 neonates in group A,which were children with mild asphyxia.There were 40 newborns in group B,which was severe asphyxia.There were 80 newborns in group C,which were healthy newborns.In neonatal asphyxia,there were 55 single organ injuries and 45 multiple organ injuries.Results The pH value,be value of group A and group B were significantly lower than those of group C,pH value and be value of group B were significantly lower than those of group A,lactic acid level of group A and group B were significantly higher than those of group C,pH value,1 min Apgar score and be value of single organ injury group were significantly higher than those of multiple organ injury group,and the blood lactic acid level of single organ injury group was significantly lower than that of multiple organ injury group(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to fully understand the situation of asphyxiated neonates,it is necessary to do a good job of blood lactic acid level and blood gas analysis,to monitor the degree of neonatal asphyxia dynamically,to provide the basis for the efficient implementation and development of disease prevention and treatment,and to popularize the use of blood lactic acid level and blood gas detection method in neonatal asphyxia examination.
