摘要
目的:分析对儿童注意缺陷多动症(ADHD)患者实施心理护理的临床效果。方法:2016年6月-2017年12月收治ADHD患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。参照组给予常规药物治疗;研究组在常规药物治疗基础上增加心理护理。比较两组临床疗效。结果:研究组临床总有效率显著优于参照组,各项行为评分均低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施心理护理可以有效稳定ADHD患者的情绪,改善心理状态,有助于促进患者早日康复。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of psychological nursing in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods:From June 2016 to December 2017,100 cases of ADHD were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was given conventional drug therapy,the study group increased psychological nursing on the basis of conventional drug therapy.The clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly better than the reference group,the various of behavioral scores were lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of psychological nursing can effectively stabilize the mood of ADHD patients,improve the psychological state and help to promote the early recovery of patients.
