摘要
目的:研究米力农联合多巴胺治疗顽固性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:2017年10月-2018年10月收治顽固性心力衰竭患者64例,分为两组,各32例。常规组给予常规药物治疗;研究组在常规药物的基础上增加米力农联合多巴胺治疗。比较两组心功能各项指标水平变化及临床疗效。结果:研究组心功能各项指标恢复和改善情况优于常规组,研究组总有效率优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米力农联合多巴胺能有效治疗顽固性心力衰竭,在改善心功能方面的疗效与常规药物相比更加显著。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of milrinone combined with dopamine in the treatment of refractory heart failure.Methods:64 patients with refractory heart failure were selected from October 2017 to October 2018,they were divided into the two groups with 32 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with routine drugs,the study group added milrinone combined with dopamine on the basis of conventional drugs.The changes of cardiac function indexes and clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The cardiac function recovery and improvement of the study group were better than that of the conventional group,and the total effective rate of the study group was better than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Milrinone combined with dopamine can effectively treat refractory heart failure,and its effect in improving heart function is more significant than that of conventional drugs.
