摘要
目的:探究将输注机采血小板应用于血液病患者血小板减少治疗中的效果。方法:选取2016年7月-2018年9月接受血小板输注的血液病患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规输注手工分离血小板;试验组选择输注机采血小板。比较两组采血后血小板回升率及出血改善率。结果:试验组血小板回升率及出血症状改善率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液病患者在发生血小板减少时,应用输注机采血小板能够提高外周血中血小板数量并快速止血,降低患者大出血等并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the effect of platelet collection by infusion machine in hematologic diseases patients with thrombocytopenia.Methods:From July 2016 to September 2018,80 patients with hematologic diseases who received platelet infusion were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group used routine infusion of manual separation of platelets.The experimental group chose platelet collection by infusion machine.The platelet recovery rate and bleeding improvement rate between the two groups were compared after blood collection.Results:The platelet recovery rate and bleeding symptom improvement rate in experimental group were better than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:When thrombocytopenia occurs in patients with hematologic diseases,platelet collection by infusion machine can increase the number of platelets in peripheral blood and stop bleeding quickly and reduce the incidence of complications of massive hemorrhage.
