摘要
慢性萎缩性胃炎(C A G)伴肠上皮化生(I M)是慢性胃炎长期发展的结果,属于胃癌前病变(PLGC),是消化系统的一种难治病。中医学中并没有具体的病名与之对应,根据患者的临床主症,可归纳为“胃痞”“胃脘痛”“嘈杂”等范畴。中医药治疗此病有很大的优势。虫类药以其走窜通达、疏逐搜剔之性,具有通络、化痰、祛风、祛瘀、解毒等独特的功效。李佃贵教授在临床上辨证精准、选药得当、配伍合理,联合具有通络止痛、袪瘀解毒作用的虫类药,常能逆转IM,治疗效果显著。
Chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia is the result of long-term development of chronic gastritis,which belongs to precancerous lesion of gastric cancer and is a refractory disease of digestive system.There is no specific disease name corresponding to it in TCM.According to the main clinical symptoms,it can be summarized as‘gastric rubella’‘epigastric pain’‘noise’and other categories.TCM has great advantages in treating this disease.Insect drugs have unique effects of dredging collaterals,resolving phlegm,dispelling wind,removing blood stasis and detoxifying due to their accessibility and searching.Professor LI Dian-gui can often reverse intestinal metaplasia in clinic with accurate differentiation of symptoms and signs,proper selection of medicines and reasonable compatibility,combination with insect drugs with the functions of dredging collaterals,relieving pain,removing blood stasis and detoxifying,which has a remarkable therapeutic effect.
