摘要
蛋白质免疫印迹技术是生命科学研究领域的常用技术手段,尝试将其改造成适于本科教学实践的实验内容,即在基础性分子生物学实验的基础上开设"免疫印迹法检测目的基因在原核细胞中的表达"这一综合性实验。根据学生的理论和操作水平以及本科实验教学特点,对实验内容和实验方法进行了优化,并采取研讨式分组教学模式,使学生能够深入、全面、系统地理解和掌握蛋白质免疫印迹技术,提高了实验教学质量,并有助于培养学生的科学思维、科学素养以及综合实践能力。
Attempting to transform the Western blotting technology which is a common experimental technique in the field of life science research into experimental content for undergraduate teaching,course group of molecular biology in the Biological Experimental Center of Nankai University has designed a comprehensive experiment called"Detection of Target Gene Expression in the Prokaryotic Cells by Western Blotting"based on the basic molecular biology experiment.Fully considering the students’theory and operation level and the characteristics of the undergraduate experiment teaching,the course group has optimized the experimental content and methods,meanwhile,adopted the discussion group teaching model,which has enabled students to understand and master Western blotting technology deeply,comprehensively and systematically,improved the experimental teaching quality,and helped to cultivate students’scientific thinking,scientific literacy and comprehensive practical ability.
