摘要
目的:观察暖宫止痛汤治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的60例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者随机分成2组,治疗组30例服用暖宫止痛汤;对照组30例服用月月舒颗粒。2组均以1个月经周期为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程后评价疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈17例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率为93.33%;对照组痊愈11例,有效13例,无效6例,总有效率为80%。2组比较,有显著性差异 (P<0.05)。暖宫止痛汤在减少中医证候积分,改善患者痛经方面优于对照组(P<0.05);暖宫止痛汤在降低患者血清中的PGE2、PGF2α的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。暖宫止痛汤停药3个月经周期远期疗效总有效率93.33%,对照组远期疗效总有效率66.67%,暖宫止痛汤远期疗效优于月月舒(P<0.05)。结论:暖宫止痛汤治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的疗效优于月月舒颗粒。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Nuangong Zhitong decoction in treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and stasis type.Methods:60 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and stasis type were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Nuangong Zhitong decoction;30 patients in the control group were treated with Yue Yue Shu Granules.Both groups took 1 menstrual cycle as a course of treatment,and the efficacy was evaluated after 3 consecutive courses of treatment.Results:17 cases were cured in the treatment group,11 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.33%;11 cases were cured in the control group,13 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 80%.There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Nuan Gong Zhi Tong Decoction is superior to the control group in reducing TCM syndrome scores and improving dysmenorrhea in patients (P<0.05);Nuan Gong Zhi Tong Decoction is superior to the control group in reducing PGE2 and PGF2α in patients’ serum (P<0.05).The total effective rate of long-term efficacy of Nuangong Zhitong decoction was 39.3% after stopping 3 months of menstrual cycle,and the total effective rate of long-term effect of control group was 66.67%.Conclusion:Nuangong Zhitong decoction is better than Yueyueshu Granules in treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and stasis type.
