摘要
通过一个实例分析在一个电源系统中进行雷电试验时出现的故障问题,通过在电路保护中浪涌试验等级要求,计算保护器件所需满足的基本性能参数,并根据计算结果对TVS管的选型以及TVS在电路中的应用详细分析,提供了电路设计中应对浪涌试验一个理论计算与实践器件选型的完美解决方案。
An example is used to analyze the faults that occur during a lightning test in a power supply system;Based on the surge test level requirements in circuit protection,the basic performance parameters required by the protection device are calculated,and the TVS tube is tested according to the calculation results.The detailed analysis of the selection and TVS application in the circuit provides a perfect solution for the theoretical calculation and practical device selection of the surge test in circuit design.
