摘要
新时代背景下,随着信息技术、网络技术、大数据技术等不断的发展进步,我国高等职业教育也发生着深刻的变革,对高职教师的角色要求也越来越高.本文在对教师角色进行相关概述的基础上,指出了高职教师传统角色特征,并论述了新时代对高职教师的角色要求.
Under the background of the new era,with the continuous development and progress of information technology,network technology,big data technology and so on,higher vocational education in China is also undergoing profound changes,and the role of higher vocational teachers is increasingly required.Based on the overview of the role of teachers,this paper points out the traditional role characteristics of higher vocational teachers,and discusses the role requirements of higher vocational teachers in the new era.
