摘要
吉林省经济已进入新常态,用电量也进入新的周期,通过对2010年至2018年全省经济和用电量数据分析,得出在经济新常态下,全省用电量与经济增长同步下降,用电量增速下降幅度更大,高耗能产业发展存在短期背离现象。结果表明,在新常态下,用电量的“晴雨表”作用不应仅从总量增速分析,还应多维度、精细化地进行深入探究。
The economy has entered a new normal and the power consumption has entered a new cycle in Jilin.Based on the analysis of the provincial economic and power consumption data from 2010 to 2018,this paper concludes that under the new normal of economy,the power consumption and economic growth of the whole province are decreasing simultaneously,the growth rate of power consumption is declining more significantly,and there is a short-term deviation phenomenon in the development of high energy consuming industries.The analysis result shows that the"barometer"function of power consumption should not only be analyzed from the total growth rate under the new normal,but also be explored in multiple dimensions and refinement.
