摘要
目的:了解岷县地区自然人群2型糖尿病患者的分布情况及中医证型分布状况,为2型糖尿病的防治及优化患者自我管理方案提供基础。方法:采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,对岷县各乡镇居民20~75岁患者进行横断面调查,通过问卷调查及检测空腹血糖的方法进行调查。结果:岷县地区2型糖尿病患病率为0.83%(660/79562),空腹血糖受损率为0.19%(149/79562);随着年龄的增长发病率上升(P<0.05),其中56岁及以上人群新发糖尿病患病率明显增加,占新发病人数的69.4%(93/134);文化程度与糖尿病患病情况成负相关,随着文化程度的升高,糖尿病患病率、新发糖尿病患病率及空腹血糖受损患病率逐渐降低。结论:岷县地区2型糖尿病患病情况相对严重,药物治疗情况较差,应针对2型糖尿病人群开展综合防治工作。
Objective:To provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of type two diabetes mellitus(T2 DM)and self-management regimen optimization of the patients by investigating the distribution of T2 DM patients among natural population in Minxian region and syndromes distribution.Methods:Multi-stage cluster random sampling method was adopted to perform cross-sectional study of the patient aged between 20 and 75 years in different towns of Minxian,and survey using questionnaire and fasting blood-glucose detection.Results:T2 DM morbidity in Minxian region was 0.83%(660/79562),impaired fasting blood-glucose rate was 0.19%(149/79562);the morbidity lifted as the patients became elder(P<0.01),among them,morbidity of the patients elder than 56 years and newly diagnosed as T2 DM increased notably,and they occupied 69.4%(93/134)of the new-onset people;educational background was negatively rated to the morbidity of T2 DM,as educational background increased,morbidity of DM,morbidity of new-onset DM and impaired rate of fasting blood-glucose reduced gradually.Conclusion:The morbidity conditions of T2 DM in Minxian region are relatively severe,medical regimens are worse,and we should launch comprehensive prevention and therapeutic work aiming at T2 DM population.
