摘要
血浆置换是一种体外血液净化技术,它将血浆连同溶于其中的自身抗体、免疫复合物、毒素等大分子物质清除,以减轻此类物质对机体的伤害。目前血浆置换技术广泛用于多种疾病的治疗。本文探讨了血浆置换技术在病毒感染类疾病(包括病毒性肝炎、甲型流感、传染性非典型肺炎、中东呼吸综合征)治疗中的应用,以期为新型冠状病毒肺炎等病毒感染类疾病的治疗提供参考。
Plasma exchange is an in vitro blood purification technology,which removes the plasma together with macromolecular substances such as autoantibodies,immune complexes and toxins to reduce the harm of these substances to the body.At present,plasma exchange technology is widely used for diseases.This paper discusses the application of plasma exchange for viral diseases,such as including viral hepatitis,influenza A,severe acute respiratory syndrome,middle east respiratory syndrome,and aims to provide a reference for treatment of corona virus disease 2019.
