摘要
传统渐进结构优化法的参数删除率和进化率保持固定,降低了优化过程收敛速度和结构稳定性.文中通过构造一种基于罚值选择与结构信息的参数自适应算法,使得参数随优化迭代过程进行而变化.分析典型算例结果,合适选择罚值的参数自适应渐进结构优化方法解决了传统渐进结构优化方法中参数固定且难以选择的问题,提高了优化过程中优化速度与结构稳定性.将此方法应用于调节阀设计,优化后调节阀刚度提高10%,说明参数自适应渐进结构优化方法可高效拓展至三维结构优化,并为阀门类结构设计提供参考.
To improve the convergence speed and the structure stability of the optimization process with traditional evolutionary structural optimization(ESO)method,a parameter adaptive algorithm was proposed based on penalty value selection and structure information,making the parameters of the ESO change with the iterative process.The analysis results of some typical numerical examples show that,the parameter adaptive ESO method with appropriate penalty value selection can solve the problems of fixed parameters and parameter selecting in the traditional ESO method,and can improve the optimization speed and structure stability in the optimization process.Applying the method to the optimization design of the control valve,results show the stiffness of the control valve can be improved by 10%,validating that this method can be extended to three-dimensional structure optimization and provided design for valve structure.
