摘要
结合广西田林县体育中心建设项目一期工程,对体育馆屋盖大跨度球壳焊接球网架结构的整体同步顶升施工技术进行了介绍。针对受限空间内安装顶升格构架,分多次顶升和安装扩展区,逐级同步提升,使大跨度球壳焊接球网架的各个受力点平衡,最终实现整体提升到位。项目实施后取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益,可供相关工程参考。
Combined with the first phase project of Tianlin Sports Center in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,this paper introduces the integral synchronous jacking construction technology for the large-span spherical shell welded spherical grid structure of the gymnasium roof.In view of the installation of lattice girders in the confined space,it is divided into multiple lifting and installation expansion areas,and the lifting operation is carried out synchronously step by step,so as to balance each stress point of the large-span spherical shell welded spherical grid structure,and finally realize the overall lifting in place.After the implementation of the project,good social and economic benefits have been obtained,which can be used as reference for related projects.
