摘要
高校医学实验室不仅承担医学学生的培养工作,还承担大众医学教育与培训、中小学生素质教育等多重任务。作为高校人员密集的场所,一旦发生传染病疫情,后果不堪设想。此外,医学科研实验室可能存在高致病性病原体泄漏、实验室感染等隐患。鉴于当前新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控的严峻形势,该文结合医学实验室的特殊性,为保障实验室相关人员的健康与权益,探索建立医学类实验室传染性疾病防控的措施与长效机制,为重大突发性公共卫生事件下医学实验室相关工作的开展提供参考。
Medical laboratories in colleges and universities not only undertake the training of medical students, but also undertake multiple tasks such as mass medical education and training, and quality education of primary and secondary school students, etc. As a densely populated place, once there is an epidemic of infectious diseases, the consequences are unimaginable. In addition, medical research laboratories may have hidden dangers such as leakage of highly pathogenic pathogens, laboratory infection, etc. In view of the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic prevention and control situation, this paper, in combination with the particularity of medical laboratories, explores upon the establishment of measures and long-term mechanisms for infectious disease prevention and control in medical laboratories in order to protect the health and rights of laboratory personnel, so as to provide reference for the development of medical laboratory related work in major public health emergencies.
