进口俄罗斯蜂蜜质量安全检测与分析 被引量:3

Detection and analysis of quality safety about honey imported from Russia

摘要 目的了解进口俄罗斯蜂蜜质量安全情况。方法采集进口俄罗斯蜂蜜132批,对农兽药残留、重金属等指标进行检测和数据分析。结果进口俄罗斯蜂蜜存在食品安全指标不符合我国标准要求的情况,不合格项目均为农兽药残留指标,不合格率依次为氯霉素(13.60%)、地美硝唑(7.58%)、甲硝唑(6.06%)、呋喃唑酮代谢物(AOZ)(6.06%)、呋喃西林代谢物(SEM)(3.03%)、氟胺氰菊酯(1.52%)。对上述指标的样本均值与限量值进行单样本t检验分析,氯霉素、呋喃唑酮代谢物差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余项目差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论进口俄罗斯蜂蜜农兽药残留存在一定食品安全风险,建议相关部门加大对进口俄罗斯蜂蜜的监测力度,提高监测频率,重点关注农兽药残留指标,防止不合格蜂蜜流入我国市场。 Objective To understand the quality and safety of honey imported from Russia.Methods A total of 132 batch of honey were imported and collected to conduct sample test and analysis.The testing indications include pesticide and veterinary drug residues and heavy metals indexes.Results Some of the imported honey did not meet the safety standards required by Chinese Customs.To be more specific,the indexes of heavy metal accord with the standards,but the indexes of pesticide and veterinary drug residues were not all up to the standards,The unqualified rates ranked as follows:chloramphenicol(13.60%),dimetronidazole(7.58%),metronidazole(6.06%),furazolidone metabolites(AOZ)(6.06%),furacilin metabolites(SEM)(3.03%),fluoramine cypermethrin(1.52%).We get the limit value and the sample mean of all the indexes mentioned above,and use the t-test method to deal with these data.The result shows that there is no statistical significance on the difference between the limit value and the sample mean of chloramphenicol and furazolidone metabolites(AOZ)(P>0.05),whereas others all showing significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain food safety risk of agricultural and veterinary drug residues in the imported Russian honey.It is recommended that relevant departments strengthen the monitoring of imported Russian honey and increase the frequency of monitoring,focusing on the indicators of agricultural and veterinary drug residues to prevent unqualified honey from Chinese market.
