摘要
以某地铁车站暗挖密贴下穿既有车站的工程实例为基础,借助有限元计算工具,分析暗挖车站密贴下穿施工过程中,引起的变形和外力对既有地铁车站造成的安全影响。对比分析"PBA三导洞"和"CRD"工法在实施过程对既有车站变形控制效果。通过对模型施加强制沉降位移,计算其在不同沉降位移状态下结构的应力变化情况,得到结构底部拉应力裂缝超过0.2mm时,既有车站结构承受的极限位移值为-12.6mm。最后得出结论暗挖车站密贴下穿既有车站施工,宜选用竖向支撑效果较好的"PBA三导洞"工法,以对既有车站结构形成有效的保护效果,保证结构和运营安全。
Based on the engineering case of a subway station, the paper analyzes the influence of deformation and external force on the safety of the existing subway station in the process of the construction by using the finite element method. The effect of PBA and CRD construction methods on deformation control of existing station is analyzed. By applying forced settlement displacement to the model, the stress changes of the structure under different settlement displacement states are calculated. When the tensile stress crack at the bottom of the structure exceeds0.2 mm, the limit displacement of the existing station structure is-12.6 mm. Finally, it is concluded that the construction method of PBA with good vertical support effect should be selected for the construction of underground excavation of the station through the existing station, so as to form an effective protection effect for the existing station structure and ensure the structure and operation safety.
