摘要
以低温煤焦油蒸馏得到的中温沥青为原料,洗油和煤油混合液为溶剂,采用溶剂离心法对煤焦油沥青中的喹啉不溶物(QI)进行分离。考察溶剂比、离心转速和离心时间对上清液收率、精制煤沥青收率及QI含量的影响。结果表明:通过条件的改变,可制得低QI、高收率的精制煤沥青。
The quinoline insolubles(QI)in medium temperature coal tar pitch were separated and removed by solvent centrifugation method with mixed solvents.The effects of solvent ratio,centrifugal rotational speed and centrifugal time on the yield of refined coal tar pitch,and the QI content were investigated.The result shows that by changing the centrifugal conditions,refined coal tar pitch with low QI content and higher yield can be obtained.
