摘要
布鲁氏菌病属于人畜共患病,在我国人、畜间都有较高的发病率,发病区域有扩大趋势,且常出现聚集性疫情。2019年发生的兰州布鲁氏菌泄漏污染事件,受到广泛关注。该病主要分布于我国北方畜牧地区,但东南沿海地区养殖业、皮革加工业和海产品加工业发达,同样受其威胁。本文介绍了布鲁氏菌病的病原学、流行病学特征和疫情分布情况,分析了其对我国存在的威胁,提出我国应对的预防与控制对策。
Brucellosis is one of the zoonosis,and has relatively high incidence rates among human and animal.Brucellosis tends to expand in distribution area,and there are often clustered epidemic cases in China.The leakage and pollution of brucella in Lanzhou in 2019 was widely concerned.This disease is mainly distributed in the northern animal husbandry area of China,but the southeast coastal areas where breading industry,leather and seafood processing have been developed are being threatened.This paper introduced the etiological,epidemiological characteristics and epidemic situation of brucellosis,analyzed the threat of brucellosis to China,and proposed prevention and control measures against brucellosis in China.
