8090Al-Li 合金亚晶倾转的动态再结晶机制 被引量:5

MECHANISM FOR DYNAMIC RECRYSTALLIZATION BY SUBGRAIN TILT IN 8090 Al-Li ALLOY

摘要 通过对8090Al-Li 合金热变形的研究,发现了一类亚晶倾转形核的动态再结晶。从应力及能量的角度分析了亚晶倾转形核过程及应变对形核的作用。亚晶倾转形核再结晶是在外界应力的作用下,位错克服亚晶界的短程应力场所造成的能垒,进入亚晶界,增大亚晶界角度,同时发生亚晶倾转的过程。 A dynamic recrystallization nucleated by subgrain tilt was discovered by investi-gating hot deformation of 8090Al-Li alloy.The nucleation by subgrain tilt and the effect ofstrains on the nucleation were analyzed.It is pointed out by investigations that therecrystallization nucleated by subgrain tilt is the proccss,in which with th action of appliedstress dislocations overcome the energy barrier caused by short range stress field ofsubboundary,enter into subboundary to increase the angle of subboundary and concurrentlymake subgrain tilt.
