摘要
为实现工程机械液压油缸的高性能、小型化及轻量化,研究出一种新型悬浮式液压油缸。该油缸将活塞端面与活塞杆内腔打通,使无杆腔与活塞杆内腔贯通,将原作用在活塞端面的液压力转移至活塞杆端部,以提高油缸的稳定性。针对新型液压油缸特点,阐述了该技术应用于工程机械的优势,深入分析该技术的应用风险点,制定出风险应对措施,使新型液压油缸在工程机械上的应用成为可能。
In order to meet the requirements of high performance, miniaturization and lightweight of hydraulic cylinder of construction machinery, a new scheme of suspension hydraulic cylinder was studied. In this scheme,the end face of the piston and the inner cavity of the piston rod are opened, and the cavity without rod is connected with the inner cavity of the piston rod. Based on the principle of force transfer, the hydraulic pressure acting on the end face of the piston is transferred to the end of the piston rod to improve the stability of the oil cylinder. According to the characteristics of the new hydraulic cylinder, this paper expounded the advantages of the technology applied to the construction machinery, analyzed the risk points of the technology application,and the risk countermeasures are worked out to make the application of new hydraulic cylinder in construction machinery possible.
