松软煤层“两堵一注”式封孔工艺优化研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对余吾煤业"孤岛工作面"顺层钻孔施工过程中,由于煤质松软破碎、裂隙发育等原因,导致封孔后瓦斯浓度偏低且衰减较快,严重影响瓦斯抽采效果的难题,通过采用优化"两堵一注"带压封孔工艺提高抽采效果,并解决了松软破碎煤层钻孔封孔难、封孔效果差的问题,对本煤层破碎区域瓦斯快速抽采达标具有重要意义。 In view of the coal soft and crack development during the construction of coal seam drilling in the "island coal face" of Yuwu Coal Industry Company,due to the soft and broken coal and the development of fractures,the gas concentration is low and decays rapidly after sealing, which seriously affects the effect of gas drainage.This paper studied the optimization of "two sealing and one grouting" pressurized borehole sealing method after drilling in soft and broken coal seam to improve the gas drainage effect.It has solved the problems of difficult hole sealing and poor hole sealing effect,and has important engineering significance for the gas rapid drainage in broken area of coal seam to reach the standard.
