体外受精-胚胎移植子代神经精神发育的随访研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)技术对子代神经精神发育的影响。方法选取2015年3月至2016年10月就诊于我院儿童保健科的婴幼儿160名为研究对象,其中IVF-ET和自然受孕出生的子代各80名,将其分别纳入IVF-ET组和对照组,分别在出生后4,18个月时对子代进行生长发育情况、神经精神发育情况评估。结果两组婴幼儿4,18个月时头围、胸围、身长、体质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组婴幼儿4,18个月时粗大动作、精细动作、沟通、解决问题、个人-社会评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论IVF-ET子代婴幼儿期神经精神发育与自然妊娠子代无显著差异,对于后期是否会出现神经发育障碍,因此,仍然需要继续对年龄较大和人数较多的儿童群体进行随访。 Objective To explore the influence of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)technology on neuropsychological development of offspring.Methods We selected 160 infants and young children who were admitted to the Department of Children's Health in our hospital from March 2015 to October 2016.Among them,80 were born by IVF-ET and 80 were born by natural conception,and they were respectively included in a IVF-ET group and a control group.The offspring were evaluated for growth,development and neuropsychological development at 4 and 18 months after birth.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of infants at 4 and 18 months in head circumference,chest circumference,length,and body mass(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of infants at 4 and 18 months in gross movements,fine movements,communication,problem solving,and personal-social scores(P>0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in neuropsychological development of the infants and young children between IVF-ET offspring and offspring of natural pregnancy.Whether or not there will be neurodevelopmental disorders in the later stage,therefore,it was still necessary to follow up the older and larger groups of children.
